Monitoring & Rebooting

Monitoring a VPS is a difficult job. You either have to do the job yourself and commit your precious time to watching over your server, or, alternatively, you have to set up a 3rd–party solution whose only task will be to keep an eye on your VPS. And this is precisely where our Administration Services offer can help you out. Thanks to it, your Virtual Private Server will be added to our own custom–built monitoring software system, which will monitor all the key processes. And in case of any service problem, our server administrators will be warned straight away and they will resolve the matter as fast as possible.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup of your hosted content is really important – one never knows when something can go wrong. And using the Administration Services package, you will take advantage of weekly backups of your whole VPS, not just of your content, without you being required to set up and configure anything. Last but not least the backups are held on a server with numerous RAID–configured disk drives. This means that your data will always be protected, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you would like your VPS server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you have to install & set up specific software applications on it. And if this may seem like something too problematic for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, part of our Administration Services package, is the perfect solution for you. While using it, you will have the full and undivided attention of one of our practiced system administrators who will install and configure any software program or resolve any issue that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.
